Assalamualaikum semua..apa khabar..sihat?kalau tak sihat,cepat-cepatlah jumpa doktor..bab kata pepatah cegah dulu sebelum kena..Okay macam mane sambutan hari raya korang semua..meriah?mestilah meriahkan..nak-nak yang menyambut hari raya dikampung halaman..huh meriah giler kan.samalah seperti aku,setiap kali raya aku akan pulang ke kampung di Kuala Terengganu dan tak ada istilah bergaduh untuk berebut balik kampung siapa dulu sebab aku satu kampung dengan laki aku..hahaha..Hokay hari nie takde mood nak bercerita pasal hari raya lagi cuma aku nak share jawatan kosong kat RHB jew..bagi sesiapa yang sedang mencari pekerjaan tu ataupun lepasan diploma or ijazah bolehlah datang ke temuduga terbuka untuk jawatan customer service agent untuk RHB.Kalau korang berminat sila baca dibawah nie ya(sorry ya semua aku copy dari email yang aku terima,harap-harap dapat membantu korang semua..cepat-cepat ya):-

Walk-in Interview : Customer Service Agent (Inbound) – RHB Kuala Lumpur


Responsibilities:
  • To handle initial contact of inbound calls including customer's inquiries on Bank's products and services.
  • To provide effective and alternative problem solving to customers.
  • To raise accurate and prompt service requests to the fulfillment teams.
  • To provide excellent risk verification measures to safeguard customer confidentiality.
  • To facilitate transactions and account maintenance functions over the telephone.
  • To identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and quality in the service team.
  • To ensure seamless transfers e.g resolve call on first call resolution without transferring or escalating the call.
  • To be able to raise sales opportunities and encourage up selling to customers.
  • To build and maintains good relationships with all customers for inbound call.
  • To maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration. 
 Requirements:
  •  Diploma holder with CGPA 2.8 and above for fresh graduate.
  •  Able to speak fluently in BM & English (knowledge of other language/s will be an advantage)
  •  Preferably computer literate
  •  SPM with credit in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematic.
  •  Candidate with Call Centre / Contact centre experience minimum 1 year experience will be an advantage.
  •  Have good foundation in delivering quality service to customers.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and able to work extra mile.
  • High motivation and must be a strong team player, good stress management and able to work flexible hours.
  • Applicants should be Malaysians citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Shift working hours
  •  Shift allowance
  • Medical Benefit
  • Contract for 1 year. Conversion to permanent status base on performance
